Paul has over 20 years experience as a financial adviser and planner. The main areas in which he advises include tax-efficient wealth extraction from businesses, succession planning, family and business protection planning, retirement provision, investment planning, long term care planning and advice in relation to estate tax and capital gains tax mitigation.
Paul is a member of the Personal Finance Society the leading body for financial services professionals and having served 3 years as regional chairman, he advocates and fully embraces the PFS code of ethics. He is qualified to the Diploma level with the PFS and holds the Advanced Financial Planning Certificate.
Paul is also a member of the Institute of Financial Planning and in 2007 was awarded the "Certified Financial Planner" qualification. This coveted award is given by the Institute of Financial Planning and is considered to be one of the top qualifications that advisers around the world aspire to achieve, and it is held by less than 1000 advisers in the UK.
Kira joined the company in January 2011 and has nine years experience in the financial services industry. She previously spent three years in compliance and holds a wealth of knowledge in this area. Kira holds the Certificate for Financial Advisers including Mortgage Advice and Practice Certificate and Certificate in Regulated Equity Release through the Institute of Financial Services. Kira is responsible for assisting Paul in all aspects of the financial planning process including liaising with clients, preparing financial planning reports, research and general client service.
Laurie joined Provest in May 2009 and has a total of two years experience in financial services. Her main duties are assiting both Paul and Marie in delivering the financial planning service, dealing with client queries and general client and business administration.
Sarah joined Provest in October 2007. She has over 12 years experience in Banking and the Financial Services industry. She has worked previously for The Royal Bank of Scotland, Birmingham Midshires (now part of HBOS) and Leeds & Holbeck Building Society. Her expertise is advising clients of professional advisers, on financial solutions to their business and personal planning needs. She provides holistic financial planning advice to companies, owner managers and private clients.
Sarah joined Provest at the end of November 2010 and has over 8 years of experience in Business Administration. Her main duties consist of P.A and general admin support to both Paul Tracey & Sarah Ryley, ensuring the smooth running of the business.
